Energy Quest Bundle?

So, I returned to the game back at the end of January after only playing for a few weeks at launch. Since being back, I noticed the Energy Bundles being sold near the beginning of every month, which I usually buy one or two of.

However, I haven't seen it at all this month, so far. Is that intended? Or maybe I somehow missed it logging in everyday.
