WHATS UP WITH HERO RATINGS??

I just saw spidey stark is my new avatar with 8168 hero rating. a few days ago IM was my first champ with around 8300 hero rating and now he has 7956. and i had no boosts or anything like that active. so whats up with the change??

Changing mastery setup effects in hero ratings.. did you change your mastery setup?

There is a bug with IM right now, but its been around for about a week
