Who is the strongest among doc vodoo and archangel?

voodoo imo. Both struggle against poison immune champs but voodoo has much more utility against immunes. Power drain, power steal, ability accuracy reduction, regen. All things AA doesn't have.

It depends on what you’re looking for. If you need power control, some regen, and buff control, DV is great. If you want to completely shut down abilities and watch their health drain with neurotoxins and they’re not immune, AA is better.

If the champ can bleed and can be poisoned then AA is the best champ in game. I have both duped 5/50 and IMO AA is the MVP

Both are very good but that AA damage can be crazy good

Honestly Dr.Voodo is just more useful in many parts of the game with his power control. Although I wish his spirit venom didn't get effected by poison immune champs, his power control still comes handy in those scenarios.
