Tough decision to rank

I'm having trouble which to rank. All champs would be for quests(which I am in Act 5 chapter 2), ROL and also some AW.
All are duped and 4/40. Wanting to take one to 5/50 that would help me most in higher, tougher quests which is my main concern.

    sparky can have very nice damage, power control, sp's bait. vision hits not strong enough. iceman has more utility, but do you need it? haven't played doc a lot
    if you play well and enjoy playing sparky, building his charges, than sure rank him up

    I would say Iceman first for the immunities and then Doc Oc for the utility.
