How do you do a voting thing

I was looking at someone's post and I saw a voting thing and I am wondering how do you do it

If you don't know how to do it, just simply make a post to ask about people's opinions, because I also don't know how to make a poll (lol), some people don't make polls instead, they just make a normal discussion to ask others

To create a poll:

On a phone when you click the pencil icon to start a post and option should come up offering a normal post or a poll

On a computer click on the arrow on the "start a new discussion tab" and the option to create a poll will show up.
