WHERE IS THE 6* FEATURED HERO CRYSTAL?

Guys please help me. i closed the game reopened it, checked for updates, but still when i check for shard crystals i cant see the bracket for the featured 6* hero crystal. what should i do?

There is a mega thread on this topic already that answers all of your questions. Theres an issue with it. Do a little research on the forums before posting.

As stated above, the 6* Featured Hero Crystals have been temporarily disabled for the time being. There is more information on this issue here.
