Kabam won't respond to me

Started a new alliance and after the first week of alliance war i received a message that our alliance war rating was reduced due to 1 or more members violated the terms of use in alliance quest. So i sent kabam a message and got a generic response stating about account sharing. So we moved on and week 2 the same exact thing. Another message from kabam they reduced our war rating to zero for the 2nd week in a row. Now every member swears they are not doing anything to violate any rules. So i again send kabam a message and again I've received the same generic response. So I'm not sure how i can fix the issue in my alliance if kabam won't answer me with a message stating the reason, the member or members and how can we get it to stop.
