Missing units

While playing on June 22 the game was very choppy. Opened a 3 star hero crystal and the game cut out. Game back and was missing 400 units. Apparently I was forced into the deal for 400 units that always pops up. Anyone else ever have that happen. Really wouldn’t have been a big deal but I have no use for the offer that was purchased automatically. Please help.
