2 glitches I've encountered

So a recurring glitch that me and several others have encountered is the champions stopping mid combo and taking damage, or just releasing block on their own. But playing just now, i found something new where i was playing as Black Panther (the basic one) against spiderman (also basic) and he kept evading and i was mashing the sp1 to avoid taking anymore damage and the screen darkened and it played the sound, but i didn't even launch the attack, he just blocked while it played all the sound effects
