Missing the 3 Star Crystal

Hi,

So I've just 100% completed the Masacre and The Mercs for Money (Heroic) Monthly event, I see a 3* star crystal listed on the rewards section but all I got was just a PHC.. failed to take a screenshot of the quest completion page but I pulled a 2* rhino dupe out of the PHC..

Anyone else experiencing this bug?
