    Ghost Rider 3/30
    Hulk needs awaken so that his attack ramps up as his health lowers. GR does not to be awakened. GR can still heal and place judgements unawakened. He just does it better awakened.

    Ghost rider is great unawakened and even better awakened, I need to say that it’s GR all the way
