Looking for 3-4 guys for new AW season - GOLD 3 9.5m alliance

Looking for 3-4 guys to join for season 3. We want to maintain gold 3 at the very least. Must place defenders every war and participate in attack. AQ we only do map 2 or 3, not a big deal.
Otherwise, chill in terms of other requirements. We meet SA every week without issue.
