Max Level Rank

I had this idea of a item to rank up your max level champion.

Exp: 2* Rank 3 Level 30 champion (use item) --> 3* Rank 1 Level 1

What I'm saying is, when we max level a champion, we should be able to raise the star level. Thoughts?????

marvel future fight does this. Doubt it will ever come here
