Greater Arena Boosts not giving points in solo events.

At the start of the recent Tech Arena Solo Event I used 13 of my Tech 3* X3 boosts from Greater boost crystals. I received zero points for them. I didn’t do any fights, just applied the boosts the event points.
During game play I checked my solo event points and used two of the 2.5X 4* Tech boosts from greater boost crystals. I checked the score again and no points added. I did get the appropriate points from the fights.
I submitted a ticket to support who told me that I had 16490 points in the event. This did not address the problem at hand.
Anyone else notice this?
