Gwenpool not working as intended [Not A Bug]

Gwenpool Sp2 is not working the blockpower debuff, opponent are gaining power even with the debuff activated, please look at this.

Read the description again. It's not "blockpower debuff".

Hey @Rayxax. Gwenpool's Special 2 causes Enervate, which only stops the opponent from gaining power when you're hitting them. They can still gain power from hitting you, or from other power gain buffs. I hope this helps to clear things up for you!
