With Howard being the upcoming basic...How does Quack Fu work?

I've read his spotlight description...and I am imagining that being aggressive can get his furies up...but does it trigger enough? I don't have a 4 star and 3 star to test out. I'd like to see someone just continuously intercepting and how high his special damages can get.
