Alliance quest timeout: health issues

I played whole 3 minutes to defeat gree goblin in aq(map5) but could not defeat him so it declared timeout and obviously I got some points. I finished at 66 percent health remaining and now when I started to attack again m left with exact 33percent health. How's is possible? I never loose connection which always results in 50 percent health reduction. Also previously I haven't noted this type of stuff as it never happened. I normally fight with whatever is left after a timeout in aq unless the connection looses during the fight. Please help regarding this.

    You've always lost half health for a time out. Working as intended
