I’d wait. I think they’re worth class gems, but you should save the generic gem for someone who needs it like Star Lord and Scarlet Witch.

Ice man would be better because he can clear much more content than magik

While they are both good characters, I wouldn't recommend using a generic gem on them. I would recommend using class gems on them however.
