Why doesn't all of the Iron family have arc overload? Would make War Marchine useful. Would also make HB better. VISION should have it also.

    Because everyone having the same sig would be more boring than a few of them already having it.

    Why Vision? He's not even stark tech! He's a failed alternate body for Ultron using the old human torch android as a base… that is WWII tech with basically remnants of cosmic energy… NOT stark

    Ultron regens, that means vision should too then.
