Should a co Allience option be added to the game

Recently recruiting has been such a great hassle for a lot of leaders this has been taking the fun out of the game.mergers and acquisitions has be a thing that pops up often. But due to the nature of the business it often feels one is always missing something. If the is an option of a co alliance where both leaders are only the leaders to their crew it could be less dramatic.
