Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

The last 18 out of the 20 T4 class catalysts have been mutant. Is this a bug or a fluke?

    Mine have been a mix of mystic and tech, my least desired. You just seem to get what you don’t need in this game.

    I know its all random, but yes... I have 10 mutant t4cc and 0 mutants worth a rank up. I get more mutant cats than anything and I rarely pull a mutant, let alone one worth a rank up.
