I have a question so if I buy a feature crystals 15k shards is there still I chance I could get a champ from the base pool? Or only features and sub features pool??

    With the 15k crystal you have the chance to receive all currently available 5* champs.
    Meaning base pool, sub featured, and featured.

    You have a (consensus best guess) ~20-25% chance to pull the featured champ; a (undefined) "small" chance to pull a sub-featured champ, and the remaining % chance to pull a base champ
