I had not received series completion rewards i was highest in my alliance and not received reward ..

If you were new to the alliance then you may have been excluded from the milestone rewards until you satisfied the normal waiting period time. If you are talking about completion rank rewards you would need to also verify that the alliance as a whole hit all milestones for completion.
