I regularly run into this issue. I won't exaggerate and say most of the time even though it feels like it based on my frustration with it... but I digress. When I evade his l2 I will get the dexterity text on both parts of it but even though I get the dexterity text on the falling ice it still hits me many times. I run iPhone 6 and it's been this way on every update of iOS since he was released.
