Looking for Low Level but Active Alliance

Hello, I started playing this game 2 years ago and stopped, recently I have made a new account. Though I have played this game for a while there are still a lot of things about it I don't know. I am looking for a casual alliance looking to accept a level 27 player. I am not amazing at the game but I am very active and have been progressing through the game a lot in the past 2-3 weeks I have been playing it. I'm currently in an Alliance but none of them are as active as I am and they do not do start Alliance quests and don't participate in Alliance Wars.
