OG Thor SP1 Not Stunning Much Since Update?

Anyone notice this? I have. Not able to chain-stun much at all with his SP-1 since the update, which seems highly odd. Previous to the update, it wasn't 100%, but it was basically money in the bank.....

Last time I checked Thor could chain stun the entire fight... Maybe another Secret Nerf ? But that's one reason I love Thor close to a sp2 then spam sp1s and the match is eventually over
