Cant buy Tony Stark's Briefcase unit 4th July promotion

Hi, i got a problem which is really weird. I cant buy Tony Stark's Briefcase unit on today promotion but i can buy Peter Parker's Wallet which is strange. Everytime i press to buy, 'error, transaction cant/incomplete/ pop out. But it doesnt happen with Peter Parker wallet. Kabam, please help me. This is urgent as the promotion will end in few hours left. I desperately want to buy.

    Is it a new card?

    If not check your play store settings to make sure you havnt got any restrictions on how much you can spend.
