Is it an official KABAM app specifically made to alter the graphics/frame rate? Because if not, it can be looked at as a mod, regardless of who made it (official vs hack).

I would also like a response from Kabam on this one. It is a third party app but it makes the game better performance wise when Kabam themselves cannot. If they say no then it's the same as if Bethesda says no Mods when Mods are the reason their games stay so long.
