Is Wasp actually available?

Spun a lot of her crystals and not once did she even show up as a 5* in the spins. Anyone else?

Normally I won’t wait to crack them but this time I watched and didn’t see her at all until I hit her as a 3*.

Well that’s good. I’ve seen so many fewer people get the new champ today compared to others. Funny how more people have units to spend after 4th of July yet less people getting her.
