My ticket(s) was closed without even getting a response.

I submitted 2 support tickets for a certain issue. The issue was resolved and i am thankful for that. But i was hoping for an explanation or an answer atleast. Is there a link where I can search and review my support tickets? If not, shouldnt we have that option?
