Shang Chi event chapter 1 5* nexus
Just finished exploring that chapter 1 event. During the rewards my 5* nexus crystal changed to a basic 5* crystal. Is that intended?

So my alliance is currently silver 3 and is now battling a current silver 3 alliance as well. Game down and was doing my master Micro realm
Okay I was doing my master micro realm and just hit the 18% chance path. I badly need those. And I think I only have about 30 mins left as of now. Dammit. I don't want to redo it because I probably won't be able to hit that path again.

My ticket(s) was closed without even getting a response.
I submitted 2 support tickets for a certain issue. The issue was resolved and i am thankful for that. But i was hoping for an explanation or an answer atleast. Is there a link where I can search and review my support tickets? If not, shouldnt we have that option?
