Need help regarding using Kabam Id yo play on another device(android to IOS)

So all these years ive only been using my google play games,so know in order to play on my new ios, i did the suggested steps to do so. But when i used this email of my mcoc google play games, it created a new mcoc. Please help!

    Also tried getting help from support but they couldn't help me resolve the issue. Verified everything with screenshots but they says its still incorrect.

    You should be able to log out and log in using your original Account Info.
