Hey L79G, if you feel that you reached the necessary requirements to qualify for Rewards from these Events but haven't yet received them, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for assistance.

You can submit a Support ticket by clicking on the grey gear shaped icon, located in the upper left corner of the game's Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
