The post says after the 29th but did it mean the changes start today with the new features??

    They said that the chance of getting a 2* would be "slightly reduced".

    If it used to be that 99 out of 100 crystals produced 2*s, we can't expect "slightly reduced" to be a massive improvement. It could be that now we get 2*s 97 times out of 98. That's slight, which is all they promised.
