Can someone anyone at kabam explain this?

We have been hit twice with deduction in war rating. Never has anyone answered my question of why. We continue to get penalized and no one does anything but say there is a breath of terms and service. Tell me who, tell me how, tell me something because it is frustrating winning hard fought wars only to loose it all. So once again. Please help me.

I have tried tickets, Facebook, Twitter, and Forums to no avail. So what do I do?

Pay them if you pay enough they wont decrease your rating even there are strong evidences

Support tickets. That is all you can do. Even then you are still not going to get an answer. As such punitive measures are never discussed. Publicly or privately.
