Possibly dumb question

I hope this isn't a dumb question, but I've checked all over online and throughout youtube and I haven't found an answer yet. I know new players are in different arena brackets than veteran players (<30 days, 30-60, 60+). I heavily focus on arena and I noticed once I hit 30 days, there were more arena options. The 4 star ones. But I just noticed(might have missed it earlier), now that I'm in the intermediate bracket, that there is a 5 star arena available also.
My question is, is that specific arena (It's a 5 star featured, Wasp right now) also separated by the normal arena brackets? I've got a few more weeks left before I hit veteran and if that one is separated like the others and it's only other 30-60 day players in it, I'd love to take a crack at it since I'm doing very well in the 4 star featured for my bracket. Thank you so much to anyone who is able to help.
