Stealing

The idea that I've spent well over 1000 dollars on this game in the past and haven't really gotten alot of the heroes I wanted is disturbing. What's even sadder is the fact that today I bought 13 punisher 2099 crystals and came away with nothing but 2stars is awful. Technically if you take 50 bucks from someone they should get something of value in return. Otherwise this is stealing of people's money.

Ur going to be disappointed
I think this is your problem not the game problem. You spend bucks trying to get punisher 2099 and you already know its a rare drop. So do it always at your own risk!
I spend in the game to reach the edge not to get champions. Just play the arena and collect rewards then every week you can open 4* crystal to collect a champion. Sooner or later you will get champs you want. Its about time. If you don't like waiting and prefer to spend, so this is not the game issue too! And they haven't forced you to spend, so u shouldn't call this stealing! You are giving them your money, they aren't garbing it from your pocket!
the real thing that I would blame Kabam for is leaving bugs! Or slowly fixing them. We some times spend to overcome those bugs. That's really the awful thing.
If you are in a casino, spend thousands of dollars and lose all of it, the casino never stole your money to begin with. You gambled with your money, knowing that there's a fair chance you may lose it, and risked it to earn a profit, but you failed, so you have no one to blame but yourself.
Same thing here, it's stated crystal clear (pun intended) in the description of the crystals that there is a guaranteed chance to get at least a 2* champion, with a rare chance of acquiring a 3* and 4* champ. You already knew it was a rare chance, emphasis on rare, so you should have been fully aware that you may get all 2* champs and little to no 3* or 4* champs.
So, while I am humbly sorry that you lost your money through these crystals, hopefully, it served to teach you a painful lesson of not spending excessively on these crystals, because imo, the risk is not worth the reward.
Wow. I hope you are actually working to earn those and these are not pocket money given by your parents.
Not my place to say whether to spend or not.
Just be more careful on how money is spent. Lots of hungry people all over the world.
I guess I'm blind even though it's in black and white straight from your game team. So yeah looks like u got a bunch of ticked off customers.
What the initial % of a 4* in featured. 5%?
So 5% + 5% become 10%
3* is 10%
So the original 2* is 85%
Slightly reduced to 80%
This chance is still consider rare to me
Like what Seatin mentioned in that CEO comedy video, despite it being comedy, is quite true. "Even if it's one in a million, we can still call it a chance". Same thing here, if they reduced that chance by 1 in a million, they can still technically call it a slight reduction.
I didn't say the game is a casino, read properly. I'm just comparing it's concept to a casino because they have one thing in common: Gambling is involved.
No need to act all aggressive here, I know you are- nah, I'd be called the know-it-all guy again. I'll just empathise here: You are frustrated, I understand that, I have done the same mistake as you once. I'm just trying to dissuade you away from doing this again, that's all.
Yea fair enough, like the one who commented about your parents' money is irrelevant. Understandable.
