Arena Rank Rewards

Y havent I received the inner evil arena rank rewards yet, it shows my rank when i go to leader board but i dont actually get to claim rewards, i closed and reopened the gsme many time

The 4* basic arena rewards takes longer to come than the 3* featured or summoner trials
