Tier 4 Basic Catalysts Missing After Realm of Legends (SUPPORT NOT WORKING) HELP KABAM

On June 28th I completed Realm of Legends and of all my rewards received I see without cause or use by myself my 3x Tier 4 Basic Catalysts are now missing from my inventory (0/11). My last use of any Tier 4 Basic Catalysts was to rank up my 4 Star Guillotine during the last Level Up event. I'm not sure if my gold, Tier 1 Alpha, or XP were removed. My 4 Star Champions are still in my roster though.
I went to submit a "ticket" via the Support page for this game and I get this error:
"Account Name: Unable to create/update fields: Name. Please check the security settings of this field and verify that it is read/write for your profile or permission set."
