ITEM USE (RANK DOWN POINTS)

It says use any rank down ticket or rank up gem for points in item use event. Rank up gem i know people have (limited). no one should have rank downs. Need adjusting?

I don't think they will change it ... Rank Down Tickets are still part of the game, but are only distributed when major nerfs/changes happen
