The correct 5* Marvelous Crystal
Initially they said they needed time till the offer expired to populate a list, fair. Then they said they 'thought' it better to bundle the correct Marvelous Crystal with the compensation they've been planning.
Three tickets raised, all received with the same generic templated reply. To customers who've spent quite a sum on the offers on 4th of July. Way to go fellas, that is customer service 101. Also, no updates apart from another generic announcement we keep getting referred to over and over by moderators on various posts. Not even to say hey, we suck (we still do) for putting out a broken offer, and on top of that we still can't figure out who got dealt with those rotten crystals. Amazing.
On top of that you guys have the audacity to roll out even more offers. Come on people, treat your player base with some respect.
Is there seriously no one monitoring the state of the game right now? You guys happy with how this is being run? Because there is a trend of shamelessly throwing out offers galore when the game's state is in shambles.
