Morningstar is alright with 0 souls, and arguably god tier with 5
Miles Morales is okay, but the evasion charges make him annoying to use, so that drops him quite a bit

I only ever use Morales as synergy for sparky for the increased stun time. That synergy was my go to for power reserve in act 5. Infinite stun.

Morningstar can handle offense and defense, espically when awakened. Miles is only good for defense, and has an awakened ability that rarely activates.

I think "rarely" is being rather generous... I think I've had his sig ability proc like one time for me.
