Lost a Premium Hero Crystal due to game crash on iPhone

Hello

I 100% explored the Heroic Mode Chapter 1 of the "Return to the Micro-Realm" event quest and gained a Premium Hero Crystal as a Reward. But while spinning it, the game crashed :'(:'( . Now when I reloaded the game on my iPhone, I no longer have the Crystal? Can Kabam please put it back. How do I request them to do that?

    My champion roster is too long to check this.

    It just had a crappy 2* in it anyway, you only lost some disappointment.

    Got a reply from Kabam that I got:
    Duplicate 2 Star Drax

    I was disappointed for no reason. Really should get better luck with these in the future.
