Archangel vs. Domino

So I thought Archangel would be a good counter to Domino since he is Immune to ability Accuracy reduction but Domino's ability Accuracy reduction still worked is this working as intended

    What ability was decreased? Parry?
    If so, keep in mind that her medium attack is a projetile, so you can't parry-stun it
