Replying to ticket case
Hey I need help. So I submitted a ticket to Kabam. They sent me an email saying that I need to respond to the case number, I replied to the emails but I just keep getting more and more email saying I need to respond to the case before it closes. I have had like 10 Kabam reps saying I need to respond to the case before it closes. I have replied to each and everyone of those emails. Does anyone have an idea how to respond to a specific case? Is replying to the email enough? Thanks
