Tier 4 class catalyst farming

I need tier 4 class catalyst but do not know where in the world to get them?

You cannot farm them. You have to get them from Alliance Quest crystals (map 3 crystals or higher). You can farm tier 3 class catalysts and sell them, but you only get 180 tier 4 class catalyst frags per each one sold. So it would take a lot to get the 36000 frags needed to make up 1 complete catalyst.
