Music force closing by Mcoc upon switching between apps

When I successfully switch between apps without MCoC restarting it stops playing music. This was a bug from long ago that was fixed. However this is another issue with 19.0.
I have experienced the frequent force closing of MCOC, ie forced to restart app after switching between other apps.
However I have not experienced the overheating issue. FYI iPhone 8+, iOS 11.4.
