Is Wolverine's Regen continuous?

In Wolvie's sig ability description it mentions a fixed 8% chance, does that make his regen non continuous or what is that for?

No, it has an 8% chance to trigger every hit.

Old Man Logan has a continuous heal on him, but most people don't like him because he doesn't hit that hard unless he gets stacks of pacificism his specials can cause a lot of bleed damage.

as in wolverine, on every hit, has an 8% chance to trigger a regeneration buff which lasts a few seconds. And duping wolverine lets you stack the regeneration buffs when normally they would not stack.

Wolvie is a regen machine. He has 2 regen,
1 lesser regen (normal)
1 greater regen(when awaken)
Awaken wolvie brought me through act4, rttl, ROL, so he is the game changer for me.

You don’t any constant regen to make it a regen machine. And in fact, old man logan is poor in regen compares to wolvie..

Yes, but only Redpool when he’s awakened. Deadpool X-Force and Goldpool do not have constant regen.
