New Deals

The purpose of this thread although it will fall on deaf ears is to point out the damage done by kabams recent failures.

The t4c deal you just put out. I am your target audience. I am sitting on 3 full tech t4c and 10k shards waiting for my first rank 4 5* which would be Star Lord. I know it will take great luck for me as my alliance does not land t4c from aq or at least a month to complete the last cat.

3 months ago, without a question I would have jumped all over this.

Now, no. I can't justify investing in this game like that anymore. The total lack of respect and empathy from your company is beyond my comprehension. As far as I am concerned you owe me a couple thousand units dating back to the freeze bug and now the evade bug.

Till thoroughly compensated I will not spend a dime. Hey, it's only $50 dollars and will not impact you, there will be plenty of people who buy it. Just won't be me, no matter how much it would help me in game.

This is honestly one of the best offers they have given so far. In the past they would sell t4cc crystal for about the same price, sometimes a little lower. I won't buy it because I have too many t4cc to count but for the people who don't get it as often as I, this is the perfect deal.

I'm completely with you on this. I could use this offer and it's not a bad offer for once, but I cannot bring myself to spend a dime on this game while it is as broken as it is right now. We should be getting compensated instead of an opportunity to give Kabam more money. These "offers" have been coming up all the time now. I think they are getting desperate so it's even more important now not to spend on this broken ass game until they fix it.

I can't in good conscious spend money on a game with broken mechanics that have been acknowledged but not fixed without any kind of compensation. I stopped spending with 12.0s introduction and can't see spending again unless the game rolls back to pre 12.0 format.
The changes made have all been purely predatory with 0 regard for the player base. If you are still spending then you are saying you are ok with that. I'm not.

I'd love to R4 my 5* jugg MD5 with this offer, but after seeing how Kabam treats people who buy their offers (cough marvelous crystal cough) there is absolutely 0 chance I will buy anything I "think" is a good deal. Why? Because with Kabam you never know how a good deal will become a bad one, but you sure know it will become a bad one.

I feel the same.
I could use this offer but I'm not spending any money until all the bugs are fixed and pure skill is at least some where near back to where it was or I'm given back my units I spent to rank it up.

Can someone please put up a screen shot of today's deal I bought the $9.99 and 49.99 rank up from unit store and each one came with 500 4 star shards I did not receive them and kaboom says it did not come with

no shards were offered with the 4 star rank up deal, only cats and gold. The 3* rank up deal did however

It seems you have a short term memory. DS deals, AG deals, whatever deals they did on Cyber Monday and then 12.0. Those the most recent one. And there were other instances in the past

b) if you want a second one (which I think you forgot about), there's the Marvellous Crystal deal (5*) as well
c) To add one more, the DP nerf after his arena (and offers to buy the 3* to participate in it)

EDIT: I would also like to remind everyone that we got a ridiculous amount of compensation for 12.0 that easily made up for the awakening gem and rank up deals.

Then the nerf had nothing to do with the deals. We're talking major changes after deals. That was all one large change. People keep making a connection between the deals and the nerfs and they really weren't connected at all. That was the problem. If they had considered the possibility before releasing the deal, people wouldn't have been so offended.
That still doesn't mean they release deals to nerf things. Makes no sense at all. It's just suspicion.
I don't get why people take to the Forum over every deal. If you don't want it, don't buy it. There's no need to picket McDonald's because you are a Vegan and they sell burgers. Lol.

Conspiracy. They're not related. It's circumstantial. At worst, it's bad timing and poor forethought, but it doesn't mean they are being shady or deceptive.

Kabam gave rank down tickets to get the t4ccs back. Kabam didn't have to give those out or the rest of the compensation

Okay now you're running with conspiracy and connecting things that aren't connected.

That's your opinion, and you're welcome to it. Kabam announced Act 5 at the Brazil Comic Con prior to offering either deal. They already knew what was in the works before they offered those deals.
