Plenty of summoners in China lost connection for one day already

Plenty of summoners in China lost connection for one day already. They tried to reinstalled App, used VPN, witched 4G and Wifi. By all means
, all failed for one day.. Even filed a ticket, didn't get any help...

Please don't ignore this serious issue....

I've managed to log on this whole day, and I'm in China
Usually VPN makes it harder to connect for me, but I've been on a lot today

Funny thing is some can login some can’t,even a new device and a new install.WHAT A MESS!

I'd sure like an acknowledgement of this problem. We're on AW attack now and I can't get in to do anytime with my better device. Only can play on an old iPad that can barely run the game as is.
